Значення питання Тайваню для сучасної міжнародної політики

Анотація

Метою цього дослідження було оцінити вплив громадянської війни в Китаї (1945-1949) між Китайською Народною Республікою та Тайванем, а також оцінити нинішню ситуацію на міжнародній арені пов’язану з конфліктом між Китаєм та Тайванем, політику сусідніх країн та Сполучених Штатів Америки, як важливого актора Тихоокеанського регіону. В рамках дослідження розглянуто хід війни, ключові етапи, результати та нинішню ситуацію у сфері китайсько-тайванського конфлікту. Методологія дослідження складалась з порівняльного аналізу офіційних заяв та мемуарів учасників подій. Дослідження рішень урядів КНР і Тайваню, їхніх стратегій і тактик протягом і після громадянської війни. Результати показали, що напруженість навколо Тайваню є однією з найважливіших тем міжнародної політики, зокрема в контексті глобальної стабільності. Міжнародна спільнота реагує на ситуацію по-різному: США та Японія активно підтримують Тайвань, тоді як ЄС, Південна Корея та Індія проявляють обережність у своїй дипломатичній позиції. ЄС, хоч і підтримує політику «одного Китаю», висловлює занепокоєння через зростаючу напруженість, закликаючи до посилення економічних і торгових відносин з Тайванем і збільшення його участі в міжнародних організаціях. США продовжують підтримувати Тайвань. Військова присутність Китаю в Тайванській протоці і його військові навчання ведуть до підвищення напруженості, що спричиняє активізації військової співпраці між США, Японією та іншими союзниками в регіоні. Японія та Південна Корея, попри їхні економічні зв’язки з Китаєм, прагнуть зберегти стабільність у регіоні, в той час, як Індія зміцнює економічні та неофіційні відносини з Тайванем, відповідаючи на китайську агресію. Індія активно розвиває співпрацю з Тайванем у галузі технологій та безпеки, підкреслюючи прагматичний підхід до китайсько-тайванського конфлікту. Отримані результати свідчать, що громадянська війна в Китаї мала довготривалий вплив на політичний статус Тайваню, заклавши основу для сучасного конфлікту. Напруженість між Китаєм і Тайванем відображає складність глобальної політики та різні підходи міжнародних акторів до конфлікту
