Роль дипломатичних служб у формуванні міжнародного іміджу: українська дипломатія до та після 24 лютого 2022

Анотація

У дослідженні було розглянуто роль публічної дипломатії, культурної дипломатії, економічної співпраці та цифрових інструментів як важливих компонентів у формуванні цього іміджу в глобальному масштабі. Мета полягала в тому, щоб зрозуміти, як ці інструменти вплинули на світове сприйняття України та результати, які вони принесли для країни в умовах війни. Для цього було застосовано методи аналізу міжнародної комунікації, публічної дипломатії та економічної та культурної діяльності України після вторгнення. Особливий акцент було зроблено на впливі цих ініціатив на міжнародну підтримку України та її відносини з глобальними партнерами. Крім того, дослідження підкреслило публічну дипломатію як ключовий механізм у прагненні України отримати міжнародну підтримку та протидії російській пропаганді. Після початку війни зусилля громадської дипломатії, такі як культурні ініціативи та кампанія національного брендингу “Ukraine Now”, набули значного імпульсу, сприяючи поширенню точної інформації про ситуацію в Україні у всьому світі. Економічна дипломатія також була ефективно використана для забезпечення іноземних інвестицій та гуманітарної допомоги, тоді як цифрова дипломатія дозволила швидко спілкуватися зі світовою спільнотою, особливо через платформи соціальних мереж. Культурні проекти стали життєво важливими місцями для просування українських митців та підвищення обізнаності про національну культуру під час війни. Крім того, українська культурна дипломатія не лише пропагувала українські культурні цінності, а й висвітлювала боротьбу нації за свободу та незалежність. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані державними органами, дипломатичними установами, культурними та громадськими організаціями для розробки ефективних стратегій міжнародної комунікації, просування національних інтересів та залучення міжнародної підтримки в умовах конфліктів і кризових ситуацій
