Політичний потенціал цифрового покоління

Анотація

Метою даного дослідження було визначення особливостей політичної активності молоді в умовах цифрової трансформації та оцінка потенціалу цифрових інструментів для подолання кризи довіри до демократичних інститутів. У дослідженні застосовувалися метод кейс-стаді для аналізу цифрових «революцій», порівняльний аналіз рівнів політичної активності молоді в різних країнах, а також контент-аналіз соціальних мереж для вивчення нових форм політичної участі. Результати дослідження виявили суттєві відмінності у політичній активності молоді між розвиненими демократіями та країнами, що розвиваються. У розвинених країнах спостерігається тенденція до зниження традиційних форм політичної участі, натомість зростає роль цифрових платформ у політичній мобілізації. У країнах, що розвиваються, цифрові технології часто стають інструментом протестної активності та боротьби з авторитарними режимами. Виявлено тенденцію до індивідуалізації політичної участі та глобалізації політичної свідомості молоді, що проявляється у фокусі на конкретних проблемах та участі у транснаціональних рухах. Аналіз показав, що цифрові платформи створюють нові можливості для політичної участі, зокрема через онлайн-петиції, краудфандинг політичних кампаній та цифрові платформи партисипативної демократії. Водночас, виявлено ризики, повʼязані з цифровою нерівністю, маніпуляціями та дезінформацією в онлайн-просторі. Дослідження продемонструвало потенціал цифрових інструментів для підвищення прозорості та підзвітності влади, що може сприяти відновленню довіри молоді до демократичних інститутів. Зокрема, виявлено ефективність таких інструментів як портали відкритих даних, платформи електронного урядування та системи електронного голосування. Аналіз нових напрямків розвитку цифрової демократії, таких як інтеграція технологій штучного інтелекту та блокчейну, виявив значний потенціал для трансформації політичних процесів, але також підкреслив необхідність врахування етичних аспектів та потенційних ризиків їх впровадження. Результати дослідження мають важливе значення для розробки стратегій залучення молоді до політичних процесів та модернізації демократичних інститутів в умовах цифрової епохи
