Продовольча криза 2022 року: велика політика та ринкова невизначеність

Анотація

Метою дослідження було проаналізувати політичні та економічні фактори, що призвели до загострення глобальної продовольчої кризи у 2022 році, та оцінити ефективність міжнародних механізмів її подолання. Дослідження виявило, що ключовими чинниками загострення кризи стали російсько-українська війна, енергетична криза та макроекономічна нестабільність. Було встановлено, що блокування українських портів та обмеження експорту зерна з України та Росії призвели до значного дефіциту на світовому ринку та стрімкого зростання цін на продовольство. Аналіз показав, що зростання цін на енергоносії спричинило збільшення виробничих витрат у аграрному секторі, особливо на виробництво добрив, що негативно вплинуло на собівартість сільськогосподарської продукції. Було визначено, що висока глобальна інфляція та коливання валютних курсів створили додатковий тиск на продовольчі ринки, особливо в країнах, що розвиваються. Дослідження виявило, що висока ринкова невизначеність та активізація фінансових спекуляцій на ринках сільськогосподарської продукції призвели до посилення волатильності цін та відриву біржових котирувань від фундаментальних факторів попиту і пропозиції. Було встановлено, що запровадження експортних обмежень багатьма країнами-виробниками сільськогосподарської продукції додатково посилило ринкову невизначеність та призвело до подальшого зростання цін на світовому ринку. Аналіз ефективності політичних рішень та міжнародних ініціатив показав, що національні заходи, такі як збільшення державних закупівель продовольства та розширення програм соціальної підтримки, допомогли стабілізувати внутрішні ринки, однак їхня ефективність варіювалася залежно від економічних можливостей кожної країни. Було визначено, що міжнародні організації відіграли ключову роль у координації глобальних зусиль з подолання кризи, але ефективність їхніх дій часто обмежувалася складністю доступу до зон конфлікту та недостатнім фінансуванням. Практичне значення отриманих результатів полягає у можливості їх використання для прогнозування політико-економічної ситуації в умовах майбутніх продовольчих криз
