Агентурна розвідка в часи Богдана Хмельницького: організаційні засади та управлінські практики

Анотація

Актуальність дослідження зумовлюється значенням агентурної розвідки доби Богдана Хмельницького як інструменту збереження козацької державності в умовах воєнного протистояння з Річчю Посполитою та багаторівневої системи відносин із сусідніми державами. Метою дослідження було розкриття організаційних засад та управлінських практик агентурної розвідки гетьманської адміністрації впродовж 1648-1657 років. Дослідження проведено із застосуванням історико-генетичного, порівняльно-історичного та просопографічного методів, а також критичного джерелознавчого й історіографічного аналізу. Розвідувальна система Гетьманщини поєднувала централізоване аналітичне управління, яке здійснювали гетьман і Генеральна військова канцелярія, з децентралізованою оперативною роботою полкових та сотенних органів влади; закордонна агентурна мережа функціонувала за трирівневою схемою підпорядкування від полковника через резидентів до агентів на місцях. Діяльність агентури поширювалася на Річ Посполиту, Кримське ханство, Османську імперію, Молдавське князівство та Московське царство, при цьому головним напрямом залишалася Річ Посполита як основний воєнний противник. За характером прикриття та виконуваними завданнями розрізнено чотири категорії агентури: у вищих управлінських структурах противника, економічну, з конспіративним прикриттям та військово-тактичну. До управлінських практик належали шифрування й таємний зв’язок, перехоплення кореспонденції противника, дезінформація, диверсійні операції та контррозвідувальний захист керівництва держави; здобуті відомості застосовувалися у плануванні воєнної кампанії 1649 року, яка завершилася перемогою під Зборовом. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані для реконструкції інституційної генези розвідувальних органів України, у навчальних курсах з історії державного управління та спеціальних служб, а також у процесі порівняльного аналізу механізмів безпекового забезпечення державних утворень раннього нового часу
