Індія у глобальній системі постачання технологій і фармацевтичної продукції
Анотація
Метою дослідження було формування інтегрованої аналітичної моделі позиціонування Індії у глобальних ланцюгах постачання технологічної та фармацевтичної продукції. Методологія ґрунтувалася на поєднанні структурного аналізу офіційної статистики, аналізу нормативних документів та порівняльного аналізу міжнародних ініціатив економічної безпеки. У результатах було встановлено, що в технологічному секторі Індія продемонструвала виразну асиметрію між високими темпами зростання експорту інформаційно-комунікаційних послуг та лише помірним просуванням у виробництві високотехнологічних компонентів. Аналіз офіційних даних виявив, що обсяг експорту програмного забезпечення у 2023 році досяг приблизно 162 млрд дол., тоді як виробничий сегмент залишався переважно зорієнтованим на складання мобільних пристроїв. Порівняльний аналіз зовнішньополітичних ініціатив довів, що нові форми партнерств, зокрема з Японією та США, створили сприятливі умови для трансферу технологій, але не усунули внутрішніх структурних обмежень, пов’язаних із дефіцитом кадрів та браком спеціалізованої інфраструктури. У фармацевтичному секторі статистичний аналіз підтвердив розширення ролі Індії як провідного виробника генеричних препаратів. Сценарне моделювання показало, що навіть за умов максимального стимулювання залежність від імпорту активних інгредієнтів могла б знизитися лише до 40-45 % до 2030 року, що підтвердило збереження середньострокових структурних обмежень. Дослідження також показало необхідність довгострокового балансу між економічною ефективністю імпорту та стратегічними вимогами до стійкості. Практичне значення дослідження полягає у формуванні аналітичних орієнтирів для урядових інституцій, міжнародних організацій та промислових асоціацій, зацікавлених у підвищенні стабільності глобальних ланцюгів постачання
