Історичні передумови та розвиток військових союзів у Центральній Азії
Анотація
Актуальність цього дослідження полягає в необхідності аналізу історичних передумов, що сформували сучасну систему безпеки та розбіжні оборонні стратегії держав Центральної Азії в умовах геополітичної конкуренції. Метою роботи було простежити та проаналізувати еволюцію форм військової співпраці та політичної організації в Центральній Азії – від доколоніальних кочових держав, таких як Єнісейський каганат, до формування сучасних національних оборонних доктрин після розпаду імперських та радянських систем. У дослідженні було використано історико-інституційний та порівняльно-політичний аналіз. Було виявлено, що військово-політична організація кочових народів мала складну державну структуру з десятковою системою військ та розвиненою ієрархією, тоді як міждержавна співпраця в доколоніальний період, як продемонстрували війни Бухари, Коканда та Хіви, залишалася ситуативною через внутрішні суперечності. Політична фрагментація сприяла російському завоюванню, яке замінило незалежні союзи примусовою інтеграцією в імперську військову структуру, включаючи Туркестанський військовий округ. У радянський період ця модель еволюціонувала, досягнувши свого піку в масовій мобілізації під час Другої світової війни, зміцнивши централізацію та заклавши основи національних військових наративів. Після розпаду Радянського Союзу в 1991 р. країни Центральної Азії почали формувати власні оборонні стратегії, які можна розділити на кілька типів. Киргизстан і Таджикистан покладалися на колективну безпеку через участь в Організації Договору про колективну безпеку (ОДКБ). Казахстан прийняв багатовекторну політику, збалансувавши співпрацю з Росією, Китаєм, Сполученими Штатами Америки та Європейським Союзом, щоб зберегти гнучкість і незалежність у своїй зовнішній політиці.
Узбекистан, у свою чергу, дотримувався автономного підходу, прагнучи мінімізувати залежність від зовнішніх союзів і зосередившись на зміцненні власного оборонного потенціалу. Практичне значення дослідження полягає у наданні всебічної історичної основи для глибшого аналізу сучасних геополітичних процесів та викликів суверенітету, з якими стикаються держави регіону
