Релігійний фактор зовнішньої політики в епоху постсекулярного повороту

Анотація

Актуальність дослідження зумовлюється зростанням ролі релігії у міжнародних відносинах, зокрема в умовах кризових трансформацій, збройних конфліктів і боротьби за гегемонію в регіонах із домінуванням мусульманського населення. Релігія дедалі частіше почала виконувати не лише функцію культурного маркера, а й інструмента політичної мобілізації, легітимації зовнішньої політики та формування стратегічних альянсів. Метою дослідження було зʼясувати механізми, форми та наслідки інструменталізації релігії у зовнішньополітичних стратегіях двох країн – Туреччини та Сирії – з урахуванням політичного контексту, історичних передумов і геополітичного оточення. Методологічну основу дослідження становили історико- генетичний, порівняльно-політологічний, дискурсивно-аналітичний методи та системний підхід. Встановлено, що Туреччина протягом 2000-2010-х років трансформувала секулярну модель політики, послідовно інтегруючи релігійний дискурс у механізми мʼякої сили, публічної дипломатії та гуманітарних ініціатив. Інституційна перебудова Діянету, релігійно орієнтовані освітні та медійні проєкти, а також позиціонування себе як лідера мусульманського світу стали свідченням системної зміни підходів. У Сирії, натомість, інструменталізація релігії була зумовлена внутрішньою кризою, збройним конфліктом та необхідністю консолідації лояльних груп. Релігія стала ресурсом для створення конфесійного альянсу з Іраном і Хезболлою, а також інструментом боротьби з салафітським екстремізмом. Дослідження підтвердило, що релігія в обох випадах виконувала не лише риторичну, а й структурну функцію в зовнішній політиці. Результати дослідження корисні для релігійної дипломатії та оцінки ризиків конфесійної ескалації
