Аналіз стану економічної безпеки України: від зовнішніх чинників до рідкоземельних металів і політичного протистояння зі Сполученими Штатами

Анотація

Актуальність цього дослідження зумовлена трансформацією динаміки глобальної безпеки, що триває і посилюється військовими конфліктами, економічною залежністю та геополітичними переформатуваннями. Метою дослідження було вивчення впливу геополітичного становища України та зовнішніх впливів на її національну безпеку, з акцентом на ролі економічної безпеки, військових загроз та інтеграційних процесів. У дослідженні застосовано міждисциплінарний підхід, що поєднує правовий аналіз, економічні оцінки та геополітичні оцінки для забезпечення цілісного розуміння предмета. Міждисциплінарний підхід поєднав правові, економічні та геополітичні методи для дослідження національної безпеки України в контексті її геополітичного становища та зовнішніх впливів, використовуючи системний аналіз для оцінки її як багатогранного явища, контент-аналіз для вивчення міжнародно-правових документів та прогнозування для оцінки потенційних сценаріїв майбутніх загроз з урахуванням геополітичних тенденцій та економічних ризиків. На національну безпеку України суттєво впливають три основні зовнішні чинники – глобалізація, російсько-українська війна та європейська інтеграція, тоді як економічна безпека визначена як критично важливий компонент, оскільки фінансова стабільність та промислова стійкість країни безпосередньо повʼязані з її здатністю підтримувати суверенітет та демократичний розвиток. Міжнародні правові процедури та дипломатичні зусилля підкреслюються як ключові механізми протидії загрозам та забезпечення територіальної цілісності. Природні ресурси України мають стратегічне значення для світових держав, привертаючи міжнародний інтерес, але водночас наражаючи країну на потенційне зовнішнє втручання, а її геополітичне положення відіграє ключову роль у забезпеченні національної безпеки, оскільки розташування між основними центрами впливу створює як можливості, так і ризики. Висновки цього дослідження мають практичну цінність для політиків та науковців, які можуть використати його результати для розробки стратегій зміцнення національної безпеки України, посилення глобальних дипломатичних зусиль, а також для наукових досліджень у сфері геополітичної та економічної стабільності в умовах гібридної війни та управління ресурсами
