Праворадикальна візія багатополярного світу: специфіка антиглобалістичної риторики лідерів сучасних правих політиків в ЄС та США

Анотація

Дослідження було присвячене аналізу специфіки антиглобалістичної риторики лідерів сучасних правих політиків в Європейському Союзі та США в контексті їхньої візії багатополярного світу. Метою роботи було виявлення ключових елементів та особливостей антиглобалістичного дискурсу правих політичних сил, а також його впливу на формування альтернативного бачення світового порядку. Основні результати дослідження показали, що антиглобалістична риторика правих політиків характеризується комплексним поєднанням економічних, політичних та культурних аспектів. Виявлено, що ключовими елементами цієї риторики виступають критика міжнародних торговельних угод, опозиція до імміграції, євроскептицизм та заклики до захисту національного суверенітету. Встановлено, що візія багатополярного світу в дискурсі правих політиків представляється як альтернатива глобальному лібералізму та американській гегемонії, акцентуючи увагу на принципах національного суверенітету та балансу сил. Аналіз продемонстрував значні відмінності у підходах до антиглобалістичної аргументації між політиками різних країн, що зумовлено специфікою національних політичних культур та історичного контексту. Зокрема, у Франції антиглобалістична риторика тісно повʼязана з ідеєю захисту національної ідентичності, в Італії фокусується на критиці фіскальних правил ЄС, а в США набула форми «економічного націоналізму». Дослідження виявило, що антиглобалістична риторика правих політиків має значний мобілізаційний потенціал, резонуючи з почуттями невдоволення та невпевненості певних верств населення. Водночас встановлено, що ця риторика часто ігнорує позитивні аспекти глобалізації та може суперечити міжнародним зобовʼязанням країн. Результати дослідження дозволили глибше зрозуміти механізми формування та поширення антиглобалістичних настроїв, а також їхній вплив на політичні процеси в ЄС та США
