Abstract
The state- and nation-building transformations in Ukraine since 1991, the need to defend modern statehood in the context of first a hybrid (since 26 February 2014) and then a full-scale (since 24 February 2022) war with Russia, prompt an active study of the historical continuity of these processes and the impact of various internal and external factors on them. In this context, a scientific study of the role of the Ukrainian diaspora in the struggle for the restoration of Ukraine's statehood deserves special attention...
