The fee for processing the article is paid once only if the manuscript is accepted for publication after review. “Foreign Affairs” does not charge a fee for submission or review. 

The publication fee is EUR 25. The article processing fee covers the following costs:

• editing of the text part of the manuscript;
• proofreading of stylistics and grammar of the manuscript;
• layout of the manuscript;
• literary proofreading of English-language articles;
• processing of figures given in the manuscript;
• checking the relevance of sources of periodicals to the research topic, preparation of the list of references in accordance with APA;
• assignment of the DOI of the manuscript.
