Ukrainian cultural projects in Bulgaria: traditions and modern practices

The specificity of modern cultural promotion of Ukraine in Bulgaria is the application of the latest effective models and at the same time continuing the traditions established by the first diplomats of the Ukrainian People's Republic in the Kingdom of Bulgaria (1918-1921) and Ukrainian organizations (1920-1930). In the early 1990s, the newly opened embassy of independent Ukraine began its work in an atmosphere of Bulgaria's friendly attitude towards the young state, which contributed to the development of cultural and humanitarian cooperation and a bilateral legal framework.
