Abstract

Perhaps every person has moments of truth in their life that influence their life choices. Such a catalyst in my life was the bloody night from November 29 to 30, 2013 on Independence Square in Kyiv, which outraged the whole world. The events of that night determined my civic position on all further socio-political changes in Ukraine and my position as the Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the UN...
