Public Association "Foreign Affairs" Editorial Board

The Law of Ukraine "On Reforming State and Communal Print Media", approved by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on December 24, 2015, provides, in particular (Article 1, Paragraph 1, Paragraph 1) the withdrawal of the founders of state power, other state bodies and local self-government bodies ( co-founders) of the print media and editorial office - in the absence of the editorial office of state (communal) property.

According to the Law, the printed medium Foreign Affairs Journal was determined to be reformed (the information was published on the official site of the State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting - http://comin.kmu.gov.ua).

Aware of the need to preserve the traditions and heritage of Foreign Affairs Journal, the only mass media in Ukraine that regularly examines the history, current state and prospects of international relations on a regular basis, Non-Governmental Organization "Ukrainian Foreign Policy Association" Institute of Public Diplomacy, KROK University of Economics and Law, have decided to establish the Public Association "Foreign Affairs" and on her behalf to address the co-founders of Foreign Affairs: Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, State Enterprise “Editorial Board of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine“ Politics and Time ”(publisher of Foreign Affairs), the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine named after I. Gennady Udovenko at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine with the initiative to transfer in his favor the rights and obligations of the founder (co-founder) of the print media in the Foreign Affairs Journal.

Following the rules of the Law of Ukraine "On Reforming State and Communal Print Media", the mentioned co-founders of Foreign Affairs Journal supported the initiative of the editorial board of the Foreign Affairs Journal and adopted the relevant decisions. July 16, 2018 The procedure for signing the agreements on the transfer of rights and obligations of the founder (co-founder) of the print media Journal “Foreign Affairs for the benefit of the General Assembly” is completed. Currently, the print edition of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine is being re-registered, the sole founder of which is the General Directorate of the Foreign Affairs Journal.
