Aims and Scope. The Foreign Affairs Journal is an academic peer-reviewed open-access journal that publishes original research and review articles in the field of historical and political science relating to the historical past, present, and prospects for international relations. The sphere of interests of the editorial board mainly covers the following topics (the journal, however, is not limited to them): historical and political analysis of the period of origin and development of international relations; the impact of landmark international treaties concluded in the past on the course of today's events; analysis of the current state of international relations in the global context; analysis of Ukraine's role as a regional international player; forecasting the further development of world international politics and Ukraine's place in it. Since 2020, the journal has been included in category B of the List of scientific professional journals of Ukraine (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1188 of 24.09.2020) in the speciality 032 — History.
